Rooms severely lacked natural light!!! This made the economy room feel cramped and depressing. The elevator situation is ridiculous, as it barely accommodates one person with luggage!!! We've experienced a troubling lack of communication regarding room cleanliness requests.

Exploring Istanbul's hidden gems! 🕌🌉
Wow, the location is just lekker! So close to Galata Bridge and loads of restaurants nearby. Yashar at the front desk was an absolute chommie and sorted us out with everything. Brekkie was spot on too! Mohammed and the lovely lady made every morning special for us. 🙌
The family room felt a bit cramped. expected more space, you know?

The Standard Double Room was comfy with air conditioning, a minibar, and free toiletries. Loved the clean bathroom with shower and bathrobes. The breakfast was delish with a friendly cook. Location is prime, just a short walk to everywhere with easy transport access. Staff were super helpful and kind.
